About Jon & Cheryl
Partners in life, partners in business and partners in crime (our crimes are minimal and can be boiled down to laughing too loud in theatres and jaywalking alleyways.)
Jon and Cheryl are the J & C of the J + C Toronto Group - a full service Real Estate Group that is focused on building relationships and going above & beyond while helping clients buy, sell, rent and invest in real estate.
A few facts about J and C:
- They share the same birthday.
- Jon is talented with video and editing and those skills are worked directly into their business.
- They've already named their dog and cat that they don't have (and have happily adopted other team member's dogs in the meantime.)
- Cheryl doesn't like coffee and Jon insists on making her a cup every morning. It's a morning ritual that Cheryl begrudgingly admits that she's come to love (even if Cheryl's drink is more sugar than coffee and she often dumps it out.)
- They worked on cruise ships. And the last 4 years of their cruise life, they worked together as a team selling Fine Art.
- They left cruise ships in 2015 and jumped into Toronto Real Estate with both feet.
Working together as a team since 2012, they focus on you. Working with each client to create an individual plan and provide the best service possible and to make your experience as stress-free and enjoyable as possible.

We saw countries and ports all over the world together and it was incredible. We worked together, lived together, ate together, went to the gym together, socialized together and travelled the world together (a lot of “together time” and we lived to tell the tale.) This taught us 2 important points to note: we realized that Toronto is the best city in the world (don't get us wrong, there are so many amazing destinations… but… Toronto) and it gave us a very strong foundation, working together so closely as a team. We love what we do and we love doing it together. We love our team, what we all stand for and want to work hard to help our clients accomplish heir real estate dreams come true. We don't measure success through achievements or awards, but through the satisfaction of our clients.
